Buttepatil Properties, based in Pune, India, is one of the leaders in construction and redevelopment. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on design and engineering in various residential and commercial construction. 

We redesigned their logo to show elements that reflected real estate and housing while also incorporating their initials ‘B’ and ‘P’. Furthermore, with a redesigned logo, comes a new approach toward brand strategy where we leveraged their years of experience to reflect on how they present themselves through new brand identities.
